We are happy to refund your entire purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, if you return your purchase in new condition and with its original packaging. For items that are not returned with the original packaging and cartons, we do assess a 20% restocking fee, provided the items are still in new, re-saleable condition. Please contact us at returns@promicroscope.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We generally do not pay for return shipping unless we made an error in your initial order. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned. Expedited and other shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days from return of your package for us to issue your refund. Warranty ServiceOur products are top quality and are built to last. Most of the microscopes come with a limited 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please click here for more details and for warranty information on specific products. We provide authorized warranty service for most of the products we sell. For warranty claims, please e-mail us at support@promicroscope.com and describe the problem. We will provide you with a warranty work order service number. You are responsible for shipping the microscope to us for service. Once we have received the microscope, we will inspect it and either repair the microscope to working condition or replace it at our option. Please allow 15 business days for your service to be completed. Damaged in TransitWe provide plenty of packing material to ensure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. On rare occasions, however, accidents and mishandling may happen once it leaves our warehouse. If you should receive product that was damaged in shipping, please keep all of the original packaging materials and contact us immediately at support@promicroscope.com or by phone at (800)-760-4569. Unfortunately, we can't accept transit damage claims more than 10 days after your microscope is delivered or if you have discarded the original packaging materials. School, Non-profit, & Government Purchase OrdersWe supply microscopes and other instruments to educational institutions at all levels, including primary, secondary, & university classrooms. We are happy to offer special discounts for educational and non-profit organizations, and we welcome orders from government and municipal entities. We can accept your properly formatted purchase orders for microscope products.
