Same Day Order Processing

We ship every day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time usually ship the same day. Payments made by eCheck will ship immediately after your eCheck clears. Free Continental USA Shipping

Shipping to the Continental United States is FREE. Most optical instruments and accessories ship via UPS Ground and will arrive in 1 to 5 business days. A UPS Ground shipping map is shown below. We reserve the right to ship certain products via US Mail.

Express & Overnight Shipping

We can do it! Express & Overnight Shipping is available. Please confirm your online order before 2:00 p.m, Eastern Standard Time, to assure your order ships on the same weekday it was placed. Please keep in mind that overnight shipments are delivered the next business day, excluding weekends and many holidays. We often can ship orders placed as late as 5:00 p.m. the same day for orders by phone. You can use the shipping calculator button found on each item or in your shopping cart to determine express & overnight shipping costs. We are also happy to provide you a custom quotation for overnight shipping. In fact, we can usually beat our own 'online' express shipping rates for orders placed over the phone. Shipping Service to Canada

We offer a range of shipping methods to Canada; Please use the shipping calculator button in your shopping cart to calculate specific shipping options to your location. We urge our Canadian customers to use our special UPS Canadian Expedited Service. This is a fully trackable service and you do not pay any documents or customs brokerage charges to import the goods. You are still responsible for any GST/PST or taxes imposed by your government. UPS standard ground service will require you to pay considerable brokerage and documents charges directly to UPS in order to release the shipment (we do not control, nor can we estimate this charge). Also, we can often offer custom international shipping rates that are lower than the shopping cart rates, please contact us for a custom shipping rate quote. US Mail Priority International	1 to 3 weeks	No Tracking -- Canada Customs collects duty and/or taxes
UPS Standard	2 - 7 business days	Trackable -- You will be responsible for UPS customs clearance and documents fees on delivery. We do not recommend this method for shipments less than USD$250 because of customs documents fees. UPS also collects any duty/tax due on delivery.
UPS Expedited	2-4 business days	Trackable -- We pay all UPS customs clearance and documents fees. You pay any Canadian duty or taxes to UPS on delivery.
UPS Express & Express Plus	1-3 business days	Trackable -- We pay all UPS customs clearance and documents fees. You pay any Canadian duty or taxes to UPS on delivery.

International Shipping Service
